Messages from leaders and concerned people supporting Ballenas and his team:

• Teofila Malanum Santos, M.D. PIDCI Grand Marshal 2009.

"As the GM of PIDCI 2009, I salute the people who worked for me and with me and few of them are the people who are aspiring to become officers for PIDCI 2012. And I am proud to endorse all the candidates of Team United for I have proven their integrity, sincerity, honesty and commitment to the tasks assigned to them and their dedication to community endeavors. Please vote straight for Team United for they have the kind of leadership for positive changes."

• Raul Calicdan, M.D.

“I am a community leader being the president of UST Medicine Alumni Association and the former president of Pangasinan Association, USA, Inc. which has been supporting the PIDCI since the birth of this organization and producing three grand marshals. This year I had difficulty finding membership forms for registration and my desire to be an active member of this association is so huge but unluckily I am not registered this year. However, I am strongly endorsing Team United because this is the first I see platforms of prospective candidates, they have sincere connection to individuals and to groups, and they have goals which are measurable, attainable and achievable.

“My friends and fellow presidents of registered organizations I appeal to all of you to please vote straight for Team United. They are diversified yet they make PIDCI move forward.”

• Bishop Antonio Ranola, DD

“I am not a registered member of the PIDCI but this is what I have to say. Everything begins with God, the Ultimate Leaders. Like all good leaders, God took initiative. Yet He never forced His leadership on anyone nor encourage people to destroy their reputation just to gain power. Each time His people failed, He laid the next steps in His plan, then selected those he would invite to take appropriate action.

“If you could become the leaders you ought to be on the inside, you will be able to become the leaders you want to be on the outside.

“People would want to follow you. And when that happens, with God’s help you will be able to tackle anything in this world.”

• Rene Ballenas, candidate for PIDCI President (Team United).

“Just imagine a Filipino community that has a voice in all aspects of the tri-state areas. Just imagine seeing all  community  leaders working in propagating our character and our identity as Filipino people. Wouldn’t it be great if this started ‘NOW.’”
