Project Overflow NJ concert to help PH flood victims

SEPT. 28—A Philippine flood relief concert will be held at St. Clemens Church at 271 Lafayette Ave. in Hawthorne, N.J., to raise funds for victims of the recent southwest monsoon that caused disastrous flooding in Luzon, affecting nearly one million people. The concert, "I Heart Philippines," is spearheaded by Project Overflow.
