A limited number of passport applications can be accepted as data capture alone takes 10-15 minutes per applicant. To streamline this, the Consulate requires passport applicants to submit documents and payment for pre-process by the Consulate at least ten (10) days before a scheduled outreach. This will allow time for data capture, and inform applicants by email of the time they are expected to show-up at the venue, reducing the waiting time during the outreach.  Only a limited number of slots will be given. Philippine fiesta in Louisiana set

APRIL 30—The town of Shreveport, Louisiana will celebrate Philippine festival and transform its Asian Gardens into a town fiesta complete with a town plaza featuring serenade performances, karaoke singing and dancing.
