ANCOP USA executive director Roger Santos (far right) met with Iloilo Gov. Arthur Defensor (2nd from right) at the latter’s office in Iloilo City last Monday. The two discussed about the forthcoming ANCOP medical missions to the towns of Mina, Dumangas (surgical and medical), Barotac Nuevo, Concepcion and Carles from Feb. 7 to 12, 2014. MANILA — A 60-year-old balikbayan woman from Guam was found dead inside her house in San Jose St., Barangay San Antonio, Quezon City.
