The Reginald F. The New York-based Filipino American Legal Defense and Education Fund (FALDEF) and the Philippine Commission on Filipinos Overseas (CFO) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to better serve Filipinos and Filipino-Americans suffering legal injustices across the United States.
