The officers and committee members of the Filipino American Festival, Inc. (FAFI) are gearing up for the preparation of the 3rd Annual Filipino Festival to be held on Sunday, Oct. 25, 2015, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., at the New Overpeck County Park in Ridgefield Park, N.J. (Exits 68 Ridgefield Park; and 70A Leonia of I-95 North).

A band coming from the Philippines called Band of Brothers known for its repertoire consisted of mostly the 1960s rock and pop classics will be performing as many will be dancing to their music.

The band is always booked for clubs and corporate gigs.

A TFC Hour starring Jose Llana known for his Broadway musicals will entertain the crowd, including Jared Martin and will be hosted by Don Tagala.

Our pride here in New Jersey, The Sounds of Manila will be performing at our event showcasing Philippine Music.

And for our Pinoy Rock songs, our Kayumanggi Band will shake the stage.

Many performers like Kirby Asunto who already performed alongside with big name stars, singers, including singing the Philippine National Anthem at Manny Pacquiao’s fight and sang alongside Lea Salonga, Arnel Pineda and Lani Misalucha.

The following are the performers: Anna Liza Samson Templo, Grand Champion of Star Quest Season VIII in Las Vegas; Edlyn Peregrina, former child actress and singer and daughter of “The Original Jukebox King” of the Philippines Eddie Peregrina; the talented member of FAFI Cristy Gania; a Double Treat Kayla C and the Gio Brothers; NU7; Songstress Angel Ram; Michelle Michelle; Ullalim Dancers; Arato Brothers Band; Defined Movement, A.R.C. A Rhythm Company; Fil-Am Original Song Writer and Singer Kayla C; talented performer Andy Arellano; and Christine Morales.
