A three-women team from the Social Security System, (SSS) headed by the Senior Vice President of SSS Judy Frances A. See, held an outreach at the Philippine Center in New York from Oct. 26, 29 and 30, 2018 to entertain all SSS requests.

SSS services include registration, reactivation, enrollment in the Flexi-Fund Program, member data amendment, and pensioner data amendment, amongst others.

On Oct. 29, SSS joined the consular outreach team of the Philippine Consulate General in New York in Jersey City where it provided a briefing apart from entertaining requests from clients.

The SSS team also paid a courtesy call on Consul General Claro S. Cristobal on Oct. 26, highlighting its interest to set up a foreign representative office at the Philippine Center to cater to the needs of Filipinos in the East Coast.

Currently, SSS only has a foreign representative office at San Francisco.

The consul general expressed its support for the proposal.
