JERSEY CITY — The Filipino Medical Program of Asian Health Services at Holy Name Medical Center, in partnership with Jersey City Heights Seventh-Day Adventist Church, will be hosting a free health screening on Saturday, Aug. 26, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., at the Pershing Field Skating Arena, located on Summit and Carlton Avenues in Jersey City.

The health screening will include blood tests for Hemoglobin A1C, cholesterol and full lipid panel, glucose test, health age assessment, nutrition and health counseling, heart-healthy food sampling, and stress management and healthy lifestyle techniques.

Participants are required to fast for 12 hours prior to the screening.
