Friends Indeed USA, Inc. and the Philippine Hearts and Hopes Society, Inc. in partnership with a few selected Filipino-American organizations in the Eastern Seaboard will hold its 8th Annual Red Carpet Poinsettia Grand Ball at the Astoria World Manor in Queens at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 6, 2015.
