Lt.Cmdr. PN (NAVRESCOM) / Engr. Luis O. Pedron (pictured above), a resident of Corona, N.Y., went to heaven on April 7, 2017 (which was their wedding anniversary).
He was 81.
Luis, fondly known as Louie, graduated from the MAPUA Institute with a degree in Mining Engineering and Metallurgy.
He worked in the Philippines for MAPUA as Professor and in the Mining Field at Bureau of Mines, Abra Mining, FILMAG, APEX and as VP Operations at CDCP.
He was also a successful Business owner, a Realtor and the owner of the LFP Placement Inc sending workers to Saudi Arabia and Nurses to the USA.
Even during his retirement he did further Masteral Degree studies in Christian Missiology and Divinity.
In New York City, he was a Senior Citizen Advocate and the President of the Filipino American Senior Citizen Association Queens NY.
He was born on June 21, 1935 in Luisiana Laguna, Philippines.
He was the loving Husband to Florenda Batoon Pedron, and a doting Father to: Lovelyn (Deceased), Luis Jr (Deceased), Luis Cenon, Florenda, Luis Ferdinand and John Mark Pedron.
