Part of the attendees to the 2017 CFC ANCOP European Conference.

The 2017 Couples for Christ (CFC) ANCOP European Conference was attended by 2,780 CFC members from 12 European and two North American countries.

It was held on July 28-30 in the city of Brighton in the United Kingdom.

Attendees came from Germany, Austria, Netherlands, France, Greece, Israel, Spain, United Kingdom, Ireland, Isle of Man, Malta, Switzerland, as well as the United States and Canada.

Ram Garcia, CFC Southwest European Regional Head, described the three-day conference as “overwhelming, empowering, inspiring, encouraging and alive.”

Roger Santos, Executive Director of ANCOP USA and Country Representative to Greece, said the UK meet was the most-attended in years.

Peter Doyle, Bishop of the Roman Catholic diocese of Northampton and Chair of the Marriage and Family Life of the Catholic Bishops’ Conference of England and Wales, described Couples for Christ as “light and God’s gift to the Church and to the world” in his closing remarks during Holy Mass on the last day of the conference.
